Q: Why is your equipment less exspensive than most of your competitors?
A: There are several reasons why our equipment is less exspesive than other brands on the market.

Pro-Built Tools is a real manufacturer. We fabricate all of our steel and aluminum products right here in Garland Texas. All of our electronics are put together here in our shop.

We don't have sales reps working off of commision in every city- We sell all over the world directly to the customer from right here in Texas.

We don't have any paper catalogs or magazines. We offer all of our products online and send information via fax and email, what we save in paper products we pass down to our customer.

We are fair. In today's day & age Technology has taken over the world. Electronics aren't as exspensive as they used to be, it doesn't cost an arm & leg to build a good quality product.
Q: What is the difference between a Pro-Built Sewer Camera & a Ridgid Sewer Camera?
A: Besides the obvious color, and cosmetic differences we aren't that different from Ridgid or any other major sewer camera brand. As far as picture quality, and product durability we are just as good. Ridgid makes an excellent sewer camera, ProBuilt Tools, Inc manufactures an excellent sewer camera for less.
Q: How Available are Replacements Parts ?
A: We manufacture all of the products here, so all components are easily purchased. If an item has been retired all of our newly released items are compatible to older models.

Q: Do you rent out any equipment?
A: Yes, we do have rental equipment available. Please contact our local showroom for more deatils
Q: Where is your product manufactured?
A: 95% of all products are manufactured right here in the United States of America. Almost all products are made right here in Texas. We support the USA, and are proud to build our products right here at home.
Q: What is Imperial Cable?
A: Imperial Cable is custom designed cable for Pro-Built Tools Sewer Video Inspection Cameras. Imperial Cable is some of the most durable cable on the market today.
Q: What is the Average Cost of a Non- Warranty Sewer Camera Repair?
A: All Sewer Camera Repairs vary depending on the circumstances and severity. Our Service Center is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced. We take pride in being fair priced, fast, and thorough. We tend to be about a third of the price compared to most service centers in the nation.
Q: Do you Offer Financing?
A: Yes, we do offer a finance option. If you are approved you can make monthly payments, and own your equipment at the end of your lease. Follow this link to fill out an application.
Shipping & Handling
Almost all products purchased ship out within 24 hours of payment. Custom & Bulk orders do take longer to process, please call for ship times on those items. The primary shipping method used by ProBuilt Tools, Inc. is UPS Ground. Expedited & Same Day shipping is available with certain models of equipment. Please call our Sales Department for an expedited shipping quote.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
ProBuilt Tools, Inc has several options available for placing a secure order. You can purchase safely directly through this website. If you are not comfortable ordering online you can call our sales department directly and place the order over the phone. We do recommend speaking with a sales representative if you have any questions about the product working for your needs. They will be able o help you narrow down what item will work best. The payment options available are as follows,

Returns & Refunds
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All used equipment is non-returnable. Returns must be requested within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returns will not be approved for equipment that has been used. The equipment must be in new, unused, resalable condition. Equipment must be returned with original packaging and provided RMA number. Please contact your service center if you need to request a return.
How do I Place an Order?
You can Place an order on this website by clicking on an item and adding it to your shopping cart. Through your shopping cart you will be able to purchase securly using any major credit card. You can also contact our sales staff to place an order over the phone. All products must be paid for in full prior to equipment shipping out.
